The absolute date has come, and the team is left to pick up the pieces of what happened after a rather devastating night. They go straight to the cameras to try and catch a glimpse of what happened, hoping it can answer some of their burning questions. Strike 1 was when Syphus destroyed the mountaineer. Strike 2 (syphus says “strike 2” at 8:45) is when he destroyed the Apple 2. Also if you see Syphus exiting the vault, he doesn’t have the case holding the vials which leads me to think he took the vial case and put it in the ceiling (the way he came in) and then put the vials in his helmet. And I agree with @Aman Kaur, I didn't see him exiting with the box/case either. However, I don't disagree with the theory of him putting the vials in the mask, but the vials in the mask are clear and the vials in the box/case have a blue tint to them and another shape. I do believe that Syphus did hide the box/case of vials because it would be too time-consuming if he had to pour the liquid from the blue vials into the clear ones in his mask. And he is only in the vault for a few seconds before going into the Dope or Nope office.

For me, there are two possibilities. He either put the vials in the parts of his Mask or what you are saying happened. Ok maybe just me but also try heat i do not recall if they tried. I remember in history, people wrote in different ink and a small or faint symbol on the sheet to symbolize what to use. (Ex. I've already said this before, but I swear this sounds like some sort of time travel thing. Like at 19:18 where D says "I think I can stop this from happening, I think I can save you." And Wes says "You said we've already been down this path before." to D. Or Like at 20:00 where Deb is saying how "I know this timeline will work" and stuff like that. The whole conversation just sounds as if she's a time traveler and she's told Wes so, but he maybe doesn't completely believe her. It would also explain how she knew about March 5th to begin with. And maybe Matt, Sam, and Woods are the 863 subjects she's talking about, and that in this timeline everything is working out so far in her favor, probably unlike other timelines she's messed with.

Ok so the serum that SYPHUS is injecting is called life's blood so maybe the reason why syntec is testing all these people is so they can have a working serum to use on syphus "to make him live longer" and that's why everyone is saying shouldn't syphus be dead because of how old syntec is and all that or he should just be really old. Maybe life's blood is making him younger and stronger so he can do things like this and maybe even the reason D needed so much of that poison is because of how strong syphus is because of life's blood so if syphus stops using it he dies because he should be dead because of how old he is or the serum would kill him if he wouldn't use it regularly.

Wow, so “project 863” could actually be them. It makes so much sense. Like think about how she said “ I know this timeline will work”, and how she is so focused on protecting “project 863”. She also has said that she wants to protect them so that could also backup the theory of them being “project 863”. Also think about how she has been so focused on getting rid of Syphus, maybe “project 863” is really her plan to take him down, and say Matt, Sam, and woods are “project 863” then maybe that’s why syphus feels threatened and is trying to manipulate his way out of everything. D said there were three subjects. That could make sense that Matt, Sam, and Woods are the subjects of 863. Because they also figured out that D has been supposedly been following them since before they were born, and Syntec was active around the time that they were young. That recording could be from when they were young and Deb had filled out the form during the time of this recording. Maybe the reason that Deb was telling them that they were the only ones that could help was because they were selected to help Wes and Deb get out of whatever Syphus was doing. Theory: Other people might have mentioned this because this fandom is really smart, but I think that the undercover LAPD officer is Wesley. 'D' has said that the officer is her friend, and that they should trust him. I think it's strongly hinted at that Deb and Wesley are either really good friends, or were in a relationship, so it would make sense that she said this.
