Daijobu Reina-chan, most instant Ramen is normally OK to make, not strickly by the instructions. But some are more edible when you do follow the complicating instructions. I have found that always first read the instructions and then modify it, if you want to. Thanks for this video. I love eating instant Ramen, and have made my share of mistakes, but I have loved eating my creations. Gambate, keep trying new things, it will help you grow in your video-making and your instant noodles enjoyment. From a Californian watcher.

No idea about Japanese singulars/plurals, but for English: "So much ramen." - a 'bulk' word, so _always_ 'plural' (technically probably something else, but I'm not a professional), with the matching changes in phrasing (hence 'much' instead of 'many'). It's like how 'rice' isn't singular or plural, unless you're either referring to varieties, or you add some words (e.g. 'rice grains' or 'grains of rice'). "So many ramen noodles/cups/flavors." - conventional singular/plural rules. Not that you'll use the singular case very often ('ugh, a noodle went up my nose!' is pretty rare).
