18:37 a trick you can use is to use fluidity on your felly and it will get the shop buffs so it will go from a weak 9-7 to like a 35-35

as a streamer he has a lot more on his mind than just the game in front of him, theres reading and responding to chat, making sure he's talking about the game to be entertaining etc Shadybunny said that he'd be 2k higher if he only played off stream because of how much it divides his attention most top players are thinking at least 3 turns ahead in terms of what to buy/sell how much gold they'll have, what is most efficient gold use etc, its very easy watching a video to see what the best play since you don't have any of these to worry about.
