Ingredients] (1 serving)
1 ball of tsukemen noodles
60 g cabbage
60 g pork belly
1/2 garlic clove
Lard
dried bonito flakes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chuno sauce (tonkatsu sauce, okonomiyaki sauce, yakisoba sauce can be substituted)
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/5 teaspoon curry powder
Recipe
1) Season meat by dipping in straight diluted mentsuyu.
②Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
③ Make sauce with Worcestershire sauce, Chuno sauce, oyster sauce, grated garlic and curry powder.
④ Boil water and add a little salt and oil. Boil vegetables and noodles. Drain the boiled vegetables, noodles, and seasoned meat in a colander.
(5) Spread the noodles in a frying pan with lard and cook them. Prepare fried eggs as topping.
⑥When you smell the fragrant aroma from the noodles, stir-fry the meat, leaving a space between them. When the color changes, add cabbage, sauce and fishmeal and toss.
⑦ Complete with toppings: fried egg, green laver, and red ginger.
