Its because you can’t have more then 9,999,999 coins. When he earns more it go over 10 million but then just changes back

To get that one you can only press the button 4 times total after the grab (doesn't have to be perfect timing but pretty close) and I think the opponent has to have a good connection. If the kicks feel like they're delayed (lag) like at 19:59 most likely you won't be able to get it.
