One step at a time. Make your "to-do" lists. Decide each day which task on a list you want to accomplish first. Then move on to the next Feel free to re-prioritize your lists as you go because sometimes lower priorities suddenly become top priorities. I have 3 lists going every single day: Errands; Reselling; & Home. What I do not get to one day, I keep moving to the next until it's done. And amazingly, it either all gets done or sometimes tasks are no longer needed. It's all just a suggestion. I suspect you have more successes that you give yourself credit for. I've followed your videos for years. Love your positive attitude!

Just wanted to see how you're doing! I know this video is a month old but hoping you're feeling better about your move. I had similar feelings when I moved out of my office in October after 4 years there. I thought it was impossible. I actually put myself in the hospital for 4 days because I gave myself an intestinal blickage from stress 😩. But it worked out, friends and family helped move all the big stuff and now I'm in love with my new space. Thinking of you!!

two years ago, for the sake of my sanity, I went to poshmark only. It was a hard choice, I had been on ebay since 2004,,but their policy changes were infuriating, and the 30 day returns...I was getting back items that I sold new with tags, that had the tags removed and had clearly been worn,,mercari and etsy I just didnt like the shipping. I think I have made more with one outlet. I DO have a yard sale twice a year, when the snowbirds return in Nov, and right before they leave in March..every single item is $1,,clothes shoes, bags you name it. JMHO I made my money back from a haul with one or two items, anything left after the others sell is taking up valuable reseller real estate... I also do BST stores, especially from bin hauls..but saving enough per store (ie, platos and clothes mentor take totally opposite pieces,,once upon a child is quick money from the bins.You can do it..

I soo feel you on this!! I am usually in the thick of taxes right now, which you mentioned- but somehow this year it all came together no problem in one afternoon?! So THIS year I am trying to decide if I want to move forward with reselling at all! The joy is sucked out of it by only selling clothing for me, so maybe I will go back to mostly collectibles... but in the meantime I have to figure out what to do with all these clothes. They just require too much preparation and not enough time to do it all myself. No real solution other than to get through it one decision at a time!🥴💗

I think your purchase of an extra drink and food is worth it. You are working hard and it is a great treat. Maybe that is what you need to do. How about for every 3 or 5 or you pick the number of boxes you get through there is some kind of award/incentive for you. I think about Hustle at Home Mom - if she picks up X$ of resell value, she will buy herself a diet coke or cookie. It doesn't have to be food or drink. A new cheap nail polish, buy a candle you like, etc. You got this.

im so glad youtube is recommended me good content again!! i am filming my own declutter process and need to know I'm not alone in reclaiming my space. loved your Goldilocks analogy, I actually just listed a vintage copy of it with beautiful illustrations. going through my deathpile really has been painful and i'm trying not to let the shame keep me from speaking about it or internalizing it. I am not my doom piles.

I relate Denali, I responded to a FB marketplace add of free clothes and turned out to be totes and totes and trash bags and more totes of 3 trips total full with vintage clothes with most great pre owned or new... Now, sounds really good until I realize I can't process it fast enough and here in Cali is raining and I don't fit in my garage, living room or anywhere in my home... It's hard to focus on what to do next and it's a relief for me to know you somehow feel the same way... Thank you for sharing and being so transparent. We got this! 😅I think...

I'm moving all of my inventory downstairs because we're trying to move houses and it's stressing me out lol I sold off 14 bags of old inventory for a good bit of money and that kind of motivated me but I'm still like GAW I don't wanna deal with this so I cannot imagine moving a whole warehouse.
