I feel sorry for both Nick and David with their father. Nick for obvious reasons. David is a dick but he’s Dad doesn’t even know where he lives. Obviously doesn’t listen which is sad. The author of Heartstopper said she was able to give David more depth (daddy issues) than she could in the comics. Both boys are affected by Dads actions
