In Mario Kart Wii as we all know VR is *EVERYTHING*. So we are hopping online with a brand new 5000 VR license and using these three character-vehicle combinations. If I lose any VR I have to retire that vehicle. And if I lose VR with all three, the video ends. How much VR can we gain? The reason why some of your custom music was cutting out after about 30 seconds, was because you don't have BRSAR Patching in dolphin (this is something CTGP does by default) which allows custom music to be any length. To fix this, go into dolphin, right click on Mario Kart Wii, click properties, click gecko codes and add this which will automatically patch your BRSAR (credit to Elias, this is the NTSC-U version of the code): C20912B0 00000002 3FE07FFF 63FFFFFF 93FD0074 00000000 And your music will be fixed!

Personally I'm a fan of you starting at 5000 vr, mainly cuz I'm a purist :p But yeah I don't think having 100cc every once in a while is a huge deal, at least not enough to change what I feel is a pretty elegant system already.

You should do a "Gun Game" of sorts with NMeade or Mayro or any guest! Where you both start with 100% chance of pulling a really powerful item (eg shock or bullet bill), and whoever wins race between the two moves onto the next item down (so guaranteed star for example), then down again (mega/golden) until they get all the way down to Fake Item Box/Blooper, and whoever wins first (between the two players) with the worst items wins the game! Additional term, more optional: Placing last in any given race means you get setback one item, and placing first means you move TWO items down, to incentivise targeting players outside of your rival :) I think that'd be really fun to watch, but it could be messy in terms of modding the game like that (Yes im going to suggest this on every video until it either happens or we're told that it's not happening ♡)

@@louiswolfe5012 So it's a random weekday night, like 9-10pm for me. And since my university wifi doesn't work with my Wii U, I throw on my mobile hotspot to just chill and play some worldwides. You see some Player smurfs here and there, and usually when I do, I assume they wanna be like Troy and start up a new license and see how high they can run it up off of some low VR players. But as soon as I heard my name in the video, I vividly did remember playing this session. I remember seeing a Player Mii consistently place high on the spear, having three stars, and thinking "man this guy has got to chill"--because he was really good and I was gaining nothing for decent placements! You can see I was trapping a ton, I just love playing aggressive. I remembered the outcomes of a lot of the races while they were happening in the video. I didn't realize that I got a back-green on him on Maple Treeway (5:51), and couldn't even imagine TROY was the person I almost career-ended with a sick snipe (19:30). I didn't realize how bad the connection was on other players' end, so I'm gonna probably switch to emulator! Anyways, Troy get rekt, we shall meet again.

In Mario Kart Wii as we all know, VR is EVERYTHING!!!! I'm super obsessed with the nostalgic F-Zero SNES theme as custom intro music as well as Mute City music on Mario Raceway! If Captain Falcon were to play competitive MKWii, he would say, “Show me ya moves!“ to Troy! Whoever that Santa player is, all he wants for Christmas is a massive VR gain! From my perspective, every custom music theme for each track has made the jump to the fifth generation! From your perspective, Troy, I would totally agree with saying that you should start a new challenge of 150cc being more valuable, where you should start at 2500 and end the video for the only time you lose VR, which is right around the 7500 and 8000 mark and a span of two hours of length filled with adventure and excitement of gaining a massive chunk of VR as a fun and entertaining attempt! That way, I look forward to more unique and outrageous character-vehicle combos of your choice to guide your path to VR destiny! At 49:46, you tell us to comment how many times Peach Beach shows up in this video and you say at least four times, which is the exact number of how many times that track appeared in this video!

Ground star pog btw 1st race (0:57), 9th race (23:10), 14th race (35:33), 19th race (49:46, this is where he asks for the comment), Mushroom gorge finally no way dude (1:01:19), Legend of Kagami begins (1:09:43), Kagami reaches 8K gg man (1:33:54), dream is dead (1:38:13) Also might as well add my character-vehicle request here! I love the outside drifting vehicles in Riibalanced, so why not some of that action? 1. Standard Kart M 2. Daytripper 3. Shooting Star (This has always been my favorite outside drift bike, even before Arc superbuffed it)
