Excellent man he deserves chief title in yoruba land
@DogonTurenchi-c6y12 күн бұрын
Yeah. Amaechi had one too plus the turban of Daura. It all ended in shame after he built Lagos-Kano-Daura- Niger republic modern railway line. He adorned his Sunday best to open the Mobalaji Johnson train station. Meanwhile his own eastern railway line from Port Harcourt to Maiduguri laid in ruins. But at least he got a yoruba title. Bomboclat.

Never knew this man but saw a music video of him and so youngsters singing on a bench etc, and was enamored by his free spirit. He’s an embodiment of a NIGERIAN.Neither young nor old.Easterner,westerner,Northern, does not matter. You’ll gladly welcome him into your home and have a meal with him. Great Mr Jude,you have a seat any day at my table.👍🏽

We Nigerian need to Remain as one country. See how Jude spoke Yoruba fluently, what would happen to intermarriage if Nigeria divide? We Nigerian are too intertwined. Hopefully politicians would do the needful and stop marginalization of Igbo and some other minor ethnic group in our country. All we want is fair , equity and justice among all Nigerian. Biko, jowo, harshe, useni

This is what Nigerians sound like before the Civil War, and then the Nigerian politicians that tribilized Nigeria for their own benefits. The Igbos are explorer and travelers and are the least tribilized people. Wherever the Igbos go , they adopt, they build and assimilate to that culture. They are open-minded people because of their culture.

...you've nailed it. Jude Chukwuka is intelligent - I won't insult him by mentioning his grasp of languages, because that is clearly just the tip of the iceberg. I think the best thing that can be said about him is that, amongst other things, he is a brilliant communicator. Salute.

Why should this come as a surprise to anyone? It is natural to expect that you become fluent in languages of the environment you grew up in. There are Hausas that speaks Yoruba language better than some yorubas, this is the uniqueness of "we" Nigerians and when l hear some people say "Nigeria should break up along ethnic lines" l laugh.
@saintmichael362914 күн бұрын
How many known yorubas speak the igbo language so fluently with no accent. Apart from being born in Yoruba land or Hausa land, igbos are eager to learn, mingle and blend with any environment they find themselves in. When you talk about one Nigeria or patriotism igbos carry am for head and that's why an igbo person would travel far North or West and establish and settle and even raise family there. If only other tribes in Nigeria could have such a oneness mentality,it could have been so good in uniting us.

Give him titles instantly in yoruba land, amumuma efulefu na agafu
Bollock. Ibos like him are always fighting a lost cause, never learn. Would the high heavens fall if he spoke Ibo and Yoruba? Zik named his first son Bamidele Azikiwe; Ibiam's wife was Lady Olayinka Ibiam etc. Ibos elected Fulani as first mayor of Enugu. Where did it all end? Zik's Group of newspapers, once the largest publishing conglomerate in Africa with titles such as the nationalistic "West Africa Pilot" etc. was looted in Lagos when he fled east to escape genocide. He continued to lament until he died. When are you going to use your channel to campaign for the abandoned Eastern railway line from Port Harcourt to Maiduguri while Nigeria builds railway to Niger republic with Chinese loans? Have you condemned Lagos demolitions, Ibo must go etc?

This was the typical way of children raised in the 60s, and 70s we simply pick the language of our where we were raised irrespective of our ethnic origin. We didn't even know that we're ethnically different. Unfortunately we are losing that not only among the non indigene in their host towns but even the native children of today can no longer speak their language. Gradually we are losing our culture and oneness. It's better we retrace our steps to avoid being strangers in our country.
