Yep, sleep is something I fear on a daily basis, sleepaphobia or whatever it's called, so my therapist prescribed me with "scroll youtube shorts at least 2 hours every night". My parents don't believe me though, I'll show them this video to prove to them how scary SLEEP can be. Thanks again Vivilly
