@@implodingbaby How come? A bit of rain on excellent asphalt doesn't destroy cars. Driving wrong does. He panic-braked as you can see from the video: brake lights went on and then he plowed out into the tree. He might not have even crashed at all if he had just kept off the brakes and steered properly.

with the second crash, isnt their an upgrade from DMC UK where you can get the A arms redone so stuff like that doesnt happen, as I remember coming across that, not to mention you should probably compensate for all the weight the time stuff puts on it, as the a arms are only linked in one spot, a side effect of apparently, them literally mounting the chassis backwards so those are probably the front A arms of its base car, on the rear of a delorean

Those firemen definitely took the opportunity to use the jaws of life even though it wasn’t necessary. I remember one story where they cut the roof off a Lamborghini that had minor repairable damage… the occupants were already out of the vehicle 🤦🏻‍♂️. Luckily someone filmed them doing that with no one in the car and the guy provided that to his insurance company and they sued the department because they had to pay out a claim and total the car when it only needed like $10000 in repairs before the roof was cut off.

Pretty certain I have seen his time machine DeLorean a few weeks ago at the Delray Concourse d'Elegance. There can't be many in south Florida, and it also had Firehawk Indy 500 tires like his in the pictures.

For anyone talking about how he was driving too fast, I can tell you, from experience, that the DeLorean brakes are not the finest point on the car. They're biased to the back, since there's no weight up front, and the front tires are tiny. Mine skidded into a parking block coming out of a car wash at like 3 miles per hour. It just did. Not. Want. To. Stop. I take it back; moving at all might have been moving too fast, since there's virtually no weight on the steers for braking or directional changes in the wet.
