Thyst i sorta had the same experience as you last season, I duoqed to plat with barb and whisper and somehow was dum and lost it all away to even silver 4 at one point. But eventually, I didnt give up and even with my trash mmr, I almost made it back to g3. The season will get easier, I would just stop making ur mmr worse or its gonna be harder to gain ur rp back when ranked might get easier
