I'm really curious what the second person's solution was, because ISAB's solution seems incredibly precise. I would be really surprised (and honestly impressed) if a newer player kept trying something like that long enough for it to work. I know I would have given up long before that.

It was probably the final harmonic's full map range totem placement or alch buffing glue; Isab never tried the tier 4 buff and also didn't place it close to the harmonic so it buffed ezili instead. The spike thing could be it but I doubt it, unless they used some other spac like a spiked balls or someth.

Hi ISAB! That last run was mine, obviously, and I was blown away to see that you got the exact same solution I did!!! Sorry I kind of misled you with the "cool mechanic" thing. I dont really have a full understanding of what that means lol, but I was going for the fact that the spikes hit through the wall, so I was glad you figured that out! It was really cool to see your thought process and how it compared to mine. I was really close to giving up on this run a ton of times, but for some reason it just felt too close to stop trying, so I'm glad you had fun! I'll make sure not to use 402 plasma accelerator from now on :). I think when I read the description of powerful darts it said something like "pops 3 bloons" and I thought that meant that it does 3 damage to each bloon but im assuming it means 3 pierce? Thanks again :)!

Yeah there's some other upgrade-descriptions that also say like "pops x-amount of bloons at once" or "...x additional Bloons per shot" or something like that, and that always means extra pierce, not damage. X-"Layers" is usually how they mention a specific amount of damage increase. Also, you've probably already realized this, but most descriptions suck, don't include any stats, and don't really help you at all; so if you actually want to understand, what a certain upgrade does, the bloons wiki is really helpful for that :)

it wasn't a placement problem I'm pretty sure. It looks like final harmonic has a cooldown when you move it, so it won't pull bloons a few seconds after relocating.

10:10 Alchbuff does not actually buff the damage of the glue. The Acidic mixture dip gives the glue +1 moab and ceram damage, but the damage buff from Berserker brew does not apply to the glue at all

I think the problem you were having with the final harmonic at the end was that final harmonic spinny orb has a cooldown when you move it, so it won't pull bloons a few seconds after relocating.

Bottom path mermonkey is probably pretty good (though possibly needing a MIB, I don't remember if it can hit purples or not) on the new boss since it'd trigger DOT which would get the full use of it rather than gimped DOT from it burning off.

Pretty sure you could have damaged the bad with the plasma accelerator the entire time it was on the other side of the wall

No? The beam gets blocked by the wall. You can see the beam point getting stuck on the corner of the wall while his cursor is following the BAD below the wall. I think there was a bug right after dartling was added that allowed it to shoot through walls (which has since been patched), but that has never been an intended feature for any dartling upgrade. Even Ray of Doom gets blocked by walls.

​@@wegwejj sorry for not realizing that was what the original comment meant, since it didn't elaborate at all about how the plasma accelerator could damage the BAD through the wall. I wasn't wrong about the beam getting blocked by the wall, I just didn't consider it being able to hit a single pixel of the hitbox that extends past the wall. As an aside, I genuinely think the internet would be a far better place if writing multiple clear, complete, polite, and (mostly) grammatically correct sentences was the norm, rather than being looked at as weird.
