I Can't Stop Worrying...Finding Freedom In God's Promises For Battling Anxiety

What to do if you can't stop worrying...have you ever been in a headspace where no matter what you do, you just can't seem to turn your mind off? You just can't seem to stop worrying about something? As someone who is at prone to worry and overthinking, I've been there. Worry is something so many of us deal with, but we can find freedom. Scripture holds the antidote! In this video, I'm going to share what to do if you can't stop worrying. This is something I personally do when my mind is spinning and I can't stop worrying...and it comes straight from the Bible! These are God's promises for battling worry and anxiety. I hope this video brings you encouragement and helps you to cultivate the true inner peace we can only find in Jesus. 🤍

I think I should also commit to memory Romans 8:6-very good and very convicting (definitely not a milk scripture-but rather a meat scripture!). I also find meditating on God's sovereignty very helpful-as well HIs power (remembering He created and sustains everything). Finally, have you heard that song Sparrows by Cory Asbury? I just recently heard that for the first time, and it brings me a lot of joy, takes away worry (it's basically a meditation on how God cares for His creation). God bless you!

Look for supernaturally standing for marraige with jaison. Hi Kaci! I read Philippians 4:6,7 when I want to worry. God is telling us exactly what to do when we worry. Pray and talk to him about what we are worrying about. Very powerful scripture for me. It reminds me to pray and ask for God's help and give the person or situation to Him and trust Him to work in that person ' s life or a situation. My son is schizophrenic and he is not taking his meds and he is paranoid and disrespecting his wife and doing other things he shouldn't be doing. I am giving my son to God and praying and trusting God.

Yes, this just confirms the things that the Lord has been revealing to my heart! When we are spiraling with worry and doubt and fear in our minds, we have to cut it off immediately! Even if it’s been going for a while, and we just realize that we cut it off in the name of Jesus! We repeat the words of the Lord back to him! We get a scripture and we say over and over and over and create a new Pathway

I have PTSD due to some medical conditions and along with that comes a lot of anxiety for me . I’ve found myself having a lot more panic attacks than normal and I really started to pray about it . I still get panic attacks, sometimes more than others but now as the attacks are happening I’m constantly reciting 2 Timothy 1:7 and just declaring that over and over . Along with Philippians 4:6 and it’s been a game changer. I still deal with the anxiety, but knowing that it’s not coming from God gives me power to proclaim peace not only in my mind but also in my life. 💛 love your videos by the way . I’ve definitely learned so much & really dug in with scripture. It’s changed everything

I do this when I'm worried about a health issue. When I'm tempted to Google symptoms and freak out I first ask God.. "ok what's going on with this strange pain I'm having. It's freaking me out. Do I need a doctor? Is it something I'm eating? Stress? What should I do.. I need your wisdom and healing " then I just say "I am healed by His stripes: and other healing scriptures. To take my focus off the fear which is often greater than what's actually going on anyway.

Hello! Thank you! I think being agoraphobic is much harder and frustrating than simply worrying all the time. We can try to overcome anxiety, however, anxiety is never our enemy. It's uncomfortable but not dangerous. But it's something we can overcome anyway.

This is way of thinking "my problem is worse than yours" is also product of anxiety. I have agoraphobia and worrying all the time and I can tell you that worrying all the time produces anxiety all the time, while agoraphobia gives you strong peaks while you are in specific situations. Both agoraphobia and worrying all the time are debilitating.

The purpose of worry is to find a way to deal with a difficulty. A difficulty causes worry. If you don't think of difficulty, you'll stop the source of worry. Worry is part of anxiety. Besides the Bible saying to not worry (or not be anxious) about anything and pray instead, it also say only think of the things in Heaven and not the things on earth.

30 is still very young, but I totally understand! Are you actively joining groups of likeminded believers and getting to know quality Christian men? For me, I got involved with a group at church who are creatives and I met someone special. Please don't let fear be your motivator because we know that's not from the Lord! He knows the desires of your heart. Your fertile years are over once you hit menopause, which is probably y our 50s, and many women can still have babies in their 40s still naturally. I'm sure you don't want to wait that long, but just wanted to reassure you that 30s are still good too! I hope and pray you find a wonderful man to start a family with.

All Skin is Not The same, Some more sensitive? Eating meat for Some can cause skin problems or Taken to many Vitamins, Need more Sun, less Sun. Some Need to wash their face Morning, noon and night. Stress? Roulette wheel of Life, stomach, skin, Eyes, Heart, bones, relationships, etc. Every Day can be a different Problem ! Those Who are Washed by The Blood of The Lamb, Their stress levels are almost 0! Or Not at All

I have been diagnosised with anxiety and ocd, I always fear I'm not a real christain, and I won't goto Heaven, how do I know of these fears are from me, or God?

All the advice to “not worry or be anxious “ makes it seem as if this is a condition. I’m having some incredible difficulties right now and so am CONSTANTLY worried- it’s not a condition but rather a response to a crisis in my case.

Whenever you feel like god doesn’t hear you it’s because Satan is attacking you and trying to lure you towards him. Drop to your forearms and knees in your room and remember that if you fully submit to Jesus, the devil will flee from you every time. And remember that GOD ALWAYS WINS!!!!
