This game gets boring after the 3rd season, reg changes don't do enough and development gets really op. You can basically simulate the whole weekend and get a 1-2 every time unless they crash or something.

Binned Piastri off mid way through my second season. Just too many errors, even after putting lots of development points into accuracy and other error related stats. He's now at Aston Martin on my save and continues to smash it into walls consistently. Time for a new partner for Fernando I think.
