Lore(My guess): Grey and orange cat were dating, then the orange cat had feelings for the black cat (Or the black cat stole orange cat from grey cat) and the orange cat broke up with grey cat to go for the black cat, then the grey cat just started to think of plans to unalive the black cat (possibly to get the orange cat back?).
