As a noun, "a Niche" is sort of like, having a use. Like, Beetienne's niche is life production, Bonnie's niche is being the Banana Farm hero. As an adjective, something that "is Niche" is something that is rarely useful, but is still sometimes useful. Like, the Monkey Sub's First Strike Capability has high-pierce splash damage. I don't think it's very useful, but it can have NICHE application, such as that time I first striked a ZOMG and turned a Tight MOAB rush into Ceramics. I mean, it killed me since it sent a lot of faster Bloons going to the exit but if I was prepared it'd be good to take that layer off. DJ Ben's "Side Hustle" that buffs non-farm non-village money generation synergizes with Monkey Engineer, which is especially potent since an Engineer's sentries count as additional inclusions for DJ Ben's money generation. 21:22 Boat, among others, IS buffed they just didn't list that example in that sentence. I had like, a ~$40 farm lead once I got my second merchant and you had two 2-0-0 farms though I think Curdunroblox is on the right track, I was worried about you buying Ball of Light there. I also think Juggernaut might've been a good sacrifice since they would rapidly pop down Bloons iwht high pierce and wouldn't get blocked by any Lead Bloons from the Tight Leads. yes you tower boosted I don't think you're bad for losing to that, your farms got drained with previous rushes and then I sent two rushes that, more or less, required different expensive towers (Fan Club/Spike Storm for ZOMG and UJugg/Jugg Spam for TLeads). Plus you're adapting to new nerfs and buffs, you lost hundreds of dollars from Dart nerfs. The Bloon Boost change is very radical. As for whether or not you were ahead, unless my eco was lower than I would usually expect I think I was ahead with Favoured Trades. $1,200 per round in comparison to Banana Plantation's $640 pwer round, and $120 from the other 0-0-0. You're right about there not being a lot of ways to learn outside of brute force experience, there's so many different and specific Bloon attacks to prepare for throughout a match. Even with Sandbox (Bloon Lab) there are just so many things you wouldn't think to try rushing yourself with and when you're actually in a game it can be hard to prepare for something in the heat of the moment, especially now that Bloon Boosts make Bloons even faster than before. I think the skill ceiling of Bloons TD Battles 2 is very high and unapproachable right now, I think you shouldn't let it get you down since being prepared for every situation ever is just kind of unrealistic for most players, and honestly the Bloon Boost change made it less approachable since it's easier to just die to nonsense now. I mean, you beat EmilPlane, EmilPlane is very experienced. Nice, you got the new map. I also go Churchill on that map. I saw the new map 3 times today when looking for it!... and every single opponent skipped it? So I haven't played it outside of the Bloon Lab yet. 1:10:20 Well, certain strategies cycle in and out of maps as the meta changes, and some maps are newer than others. I think it makes sense to not have practice on a map. That's a great thing about the Bloon Lab. I think you're being harsh on yourself. The radical Bloon Boost change was bound to throw you off your game.

34:00 you were so drained , bad defenses , you did not need 3 sharp shooters for the moab , if you just adora sacced the one you wouldve easily defended and you couldve done the same with 2 sharp shooters one sacced against rhe bfbs , you wouldve saved 2 sharp shooters and a fanclub worth of money and wouldve had ball of light for the zomg

I came across someone with a prestige 5 banana farm. I surrendered immediately. I play on mobile as well so once I hit hom everyone out performs me because I can only sell farms for defense so fast and can only upgrade so fast

Well at least he said at the start that he did edit of losses, usually he doesn't edit out losses. It's also possible that you were playing him before he records. He likes to do some warmup games before recording

The current state of the game is just not as fun as previous meta strats granted it shouldn't only be about that but now , it just lacks any fun without a few powerful strategies. Maybe it's just time for btdb3 since they ruined the name for this game with the drop get a real playerbase back 🤔

You played a lot of different loadouts the past weeks and often overdefended. Which is normal when trying new stuff i guess. That's at least how i saw it. This never changed my enjoyment watching your vids. I like your character which matters most. But I guess losing a lot drains motivation. Thats why i mostly watch the game instead of playing myself. Don't lose faith in yourself, we don't. ❤
