Yep - it reminds me if the recent case of FBI undercover in religious places of worship or far right or left groups, preying on young angry teens or young adults. The undercover agents encourage or groom said individuals to create plans to commit acts of domestic terrorism and then arrest them. It's basically a set up! Those angry kids or young adults probably wouldn't have took it so far if the undercover agents hadn't 'groomed' them. They would have just grown out being justice warriors or hanging around with such groups. It's basically entrapment and it is illegal but the FBI still do it. It's disgusting. It be better to fund educational and emotional support to those angry kids.
