Damn that’s crazy! I hate fishing San Luis last 3 times I’ve fished there I got skunked. 😂

When you encounter a striper boil like you did my suggestion is, land that striper as fast as you can. Release the striper and catch more as soon as you. My PB is 23 lbs but caught many in the 18-20lb range and release them, used to drive my friends crazy that I was releasing them. Great Video and it's awesome to see you enjoy the fishing life
@TheCastLife2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I’ll try this next time, most boils I’ve encountered don’t typically last long enough for me to catch 2 fish but this time I may have caught 3 if I tried. Thanks for watching brother! 🤙

I went there 3 days straight no luck. The canal called Govern Canal I think. The future back towards the mountains by I5 highway. Mendota canal I only try once close to Firebraugh. Maybe people fishing them all out. Baits fish are everywhere probably million of them.

Nice job, I would of thrown that second one backl, just in case there was a bigger one in the bunch, you got two nice ones though👊🎣👍
@TheCastLife2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yeah definitely in hindsight I would of. The reason I didn’t was because I had just caught the first fish and I didn’t have time to tie the fish stringer to anything. So I walked back after catching the second fish because I was afraid the first fish would flop back in the water. Thanks for watching! 🤘
