People also tend to believe the anti-cheat is going to be the godsend, and unfortunately it's just not, even with it operating on the kernel-level (which is honestly kind of fucked to begin with but that's a whole other story). It's absolutely better than nothing, but to be completely honest, more than likely not much will change. We might see a good week of no cheating. As soon as the anti-cheat goes live the cheaters will have a workaround by the next week. And then it's up to Activision to actually make consistent updates to their anti-cheat, which I highly doubt they will. Not only that, this new anti-cheat is almost guaranteed to cause numerous headaches, bugs and general agita. It is Activision after all... Pray for the best, expect the worst. I can almost guarantee that pretty soon we are going to see streamers raging about just how shitty and buggy the new anti-cheat is. Everyone is so hyped up about it, but again... We are talking about Activision here. They will only do as much as they think they need to in order to appease people, and an Anti-Cheat is really only just a great marketing tool for them in this situation (pretty fucked up but it's the truth).

There so much money to be made for crazy content. It’s human nature to cheat especially because so many of the lobbies have cheaters in them. There’s no doubting Z’s skilled but he isn’t a 5.95 K/D skilled like his record shows. There’s many legit guys like Faze Nio, Nickmercs, Timmy is super clean (but no one denies that haha) Joe Wo seems to be clean.

It goes to show how many low key hackers there are in warzone. Even when people get killed by these players, they only look at the killcam if the aim snapped onto them. If not, "they just lost." Instead of spectating them and reporting those players.

@@shelbysmit1403 In a way you're right. In a way you're wrong. For it to have an effect, players need to report someone a lot! Which will lead to you getting shadowbanned. You know that this has happened if you cannot get into the matchmaker again, and if friends decide to play with you, everyone gets 350 ping. So reporting is not useless, but the standard for manual review to come take a look, is way too high.
