I notice you rarely hit two bad shots in a row..probably the reason why you're so good. Keep it up

Great to see Harding featured and 83 is a good score there. I haven't played it in a few years but hoping to soon (BIL lives 5 min walk away). If I recall, Harding played par 70 for the PGA and Presidents Cup with two of the par 5s playing as really long par 4s. I attended the 2005 PGA including the Tiger/JD playoff. On your #16 (course #7), Tiger flew a towering 3 wood about 290 over the front right bunker to 10 feet below the hole. I was standing front row on that side of the green and as he marked his ball I really wanted to shout out "under clubbed a bit there Tiger" (but of course I didn't). It was a typically audacious Tiger shot that few others would even attempt back then. Your comment on #9 (course #18) reminded me of what it's like to stand on that back tee just trying to imagine taking on the carry over the lake and the trees on the left - requires power, but also height and shape because the angle makes the landing area really small. The big non-golf story from 2005 PGA was that after the playoff JD flew straight to Vegas and blew about $500k in one night.

Love the state side videos Adam! Looking forward to my annual CA golf trip in December myself... nothing better then escaping the WI winters and getting some swings in. Look forward to the other videos from your trip!

Hi Adam, thanks for the videos. I always look forward to your uploads -- you're the only KZbinr I subscribe to! Question: what app do you use for your shot tracer?

Thanks, Blake! I use Shot Tracer Pro on Mac OS!

Did you at least do a tiger woods fairway wood twirl? One of my favorite Tiger moments was that twirl at the 2009 Presidents cup which I'm pretty sure was at Harding.

Why don’t you just club up if you end up short so often?

There's a lot of negative talk about Harding architecturally, but it really nails the look of a California golf course

I don't quite get some of your club choices. Why would you use driver on holes less than 375-400 yards? The reward for the occasional 250+ drive is not worth the risk of your smother-hook. Nice easy 3 wood to 200-220 and then a 5/6/7 iron after that would - I think - yield better results. Could be wrong ... my handicap is higher than yours.

This was my day today. Shot a 92 and literally almost bogey’d every hole because my putts were lipping out all day. I hate it
@UnstoppableFPS3 жыл бұрын
Brother, you need to stop taking the club so far behind your head! It’s why you smother your driver sometimes. And use your wrists! You’d gain so much distance!! It would help you so so so much. Look like you barely have any angle in your wrists when using irons. Any who’s. Go vid, nice course!
@davekennedy86263 жыл бұрын
I think so, as well. I drive about the same as Adam (maybe 10-20 yards more) but his long/medium iron shots are easily 20-40 yards shorter.
