Khachapuri is a Georgian dish. There are a lot of types of khachapuri. Traditionally, this type of khachapuri doesn't have bacon. It's a baked bread filled with cheese, and after it's baked you add some butter and an egg yolk

That watermelon thing threw me for a loop, too. But to be fair, there's no such thing as a vegetable, botanically speaking. A fruit is a specific part of fruit-bearing plants. Lots of things are fruits. Tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, peppers, and eggplant are all fruits, botanically speaking, because when you see those words, the part of the plant you're thinking about eating is the fruit part of that plant.
