Honestly it baffles me how this channel isn't over a million subscribers plus. I find your content and just your personality in general to be so much better then 99% of the stuff out there. @@gabrielfallon8629 Absolutely. I wasn't saying anything to put down Rick, I still enjoy his channel. I just like a lot of his older stuff around the Finch/Carter/Fryer days. Rick is doing amazing, I just enjoy this type of content more ie reviews/vlogs/friendly matches, etc.

I could not agree with you more! I personally made the mistake of watching Rick Shiels' podcast on KZbin and his and Guy's comments about Pete really got under my skin! Rick might have great quality, but I will always prefer Pete's personality and content more. Obviously that's just my opinion and not meant to upset anyone.

Sadly true. Most par 3's I've played are in shocking condition, sadly. This one is is very much an exception. Kingswinford (about 20min south of 3 Hammers) is good too though. Only 9 holes, but longer with some interesting holes.

Really enjoyed that. Well done 👏 to Rob. I started my golf on a small 9 hole course. It had 6 par 3's . If you are just starting at golf I strongly recommend starting at a course like this one. I wish there were more 😪

Loved the first challenge and like this one just as much. An interesting departure, playing a par 3 course. You both played well. It's pretty tough to beat a guy on his own course, but you almost got it done. Even though you say you were an awful employee, he seems to like you well enough. Got a membership this year to a local driving range/par 3 course. Thought it would be a training place to prep me for the “real” courses. I have enjoyed it so much I hardly play anywhere else but when I do, I have much more confidence in my short game. I think par 3 courses need more attention to the average Joe and folks who are learning!

The best advice I have ever heard about golf is thus: Most of golf is par 4's. The tee shot is ceremonial. When you control your ball, you are merely choosing where to start your par 3. If you want to be better at golf, play more par 3's. If you can control your driving distances and angles, you can choose to leave yourself at a distance that you know you are comfortable from. like, if you nail that 118 yrd shot every time and you are playing on a hole that runs 318 (for easy math) hit the club that will end at 200 considering conditions. if you don't have that shot, keep training, 💪 it needs to be almost automatic. Automatically good-great. TLDR: love that you shot a serious, full video on a par 3 course!!!
