I've had the same shoulder length Bob for over two years now. Everytime I had the slightest mental breakdown I would trim it a myself. Hair is therapy! Mom's are the best, their support is the most strongest support anyone can ever get. My mom did warned me by saying "Dont get too involved, you will hurt yourself" while I was talking to this guy whom I went out with 2.5 years. Mom's are the creature who knows everything by knowing so little. The way Ashana's mother was in the video I could relate it so much, I felt my mom's presence. Whenever you feel down look up to that face and rise up, of course you're doing that, lol. I am not that expressive person, I don't show my mom how important she is to me and how much I love and thankful that she's with me. If it wasn't for her I would have definitely taken up my life. Yes and Deep Breaths will help a lot, talking to her will help a lot, going gym will help a lot and lastly Meditation(I felt atmost peace) You're doing great girl.

Certainly. I started losing my hair when I was 23 while active duty military. I held on to it as long as I could. I did wear it longer, thinking I could hide the bald spot. I couldn’t. For 3 more years I kept it, but in the end I got angry when I messed up a haircut and just decided to cut it all off and wear it bald. Was the best move I’ve ever made with my appearance. Easier to keep, made me actually look my age instead of older, and attracted more attention from women (this was a good thing . . .). So yeah, it was a drastic change . . . And I’m a better looking man because of it. Just saying . . .
