I play mainly Tom Clancy's The Division (Ubisoft) I played since 1.0 all the way to current 1.6 (1.6.1) patch.
I love to use Sniper, specially One Shot One Kill but I also play meta builds. Im a member of ETF (Elite Task Force Alpha)
Builds I played: Sentry, Pistol build, Striker, Highend, HEXOTIC; Nomad, Predators mark, tactician, lone star, final measure, alphabridge, banshee, deadeye, firecrest & reclaimer.
Most of the time I play as rogue and go Manhunt #RogueLife but sometimes the other rogues get rekt. PVP (multiplayer) is my main focus as I just said I also like to make builds, sometimes they turn the meta.

Not, he said that "Widdz bullets flyes past by him, but damage still registering on him and this is quite strange". There is stuff on private cheats, so called "silent aim" that allows that. But I think, that there is just ping difference, that's why I always said, that there is no PVP or skilled players - just better ping.

If that green cross is an animation for self heal, how come is does not appears every time he heals himself ??.... If you pay attention to the cross hair when shooting at the head, at times it changes color but only on occasions, it looks more like manual aimbot. And to the one that says mouse and keyboard, that has nothing to do with keeping that cross hair steady in a moving subject one had to move the mouse to follow the player.

If you're playing with a controller it will be slightly harder but I recently bought a mouse and keyboard and I'm able to control the recoil easily, you simply just need to pull the mouse down. It also depends on what sensitivity you play on too, if you have low sensitivity then you'll have to pull your mouse further down and faster. Hope this helps you!

You get reported all the time and never get banned but i get reported all the time and i get banned for 2 weeks bc i melt so fast but i play on xbox and i blame xbox enforcment for it. I run 380dps 320toughness and 220skillpower and my crit hit chance is 20% and my crit hit damage is 121 and my skill haste is 21% and every body ask what i run and its just a high end/exotic build with skulls and barrets with classified deadeye holster and when i 1v ppl im always blamed for cheating same thing when i 1v4 people bc i run a solo build and im good at the game i get banned....im just agravated
