I can remember when ol JB ran the company. Drivers had the last word on EVERYTHING. JB always said, "My drivers make me money. Everybody else cost me money. Who do you think is more important to me?" Don't know how good of a company they are now. But, back then JB Hunt was the tops. They treated their driver well.

Hey Larry, not to speak for everyone... but I think we've all had the fast food issues. Years back I had decided to eat a little better too. Every once in a while I'd get the craving for a quick burger, and the "outcome" was terrible. Started with heartburn, like I just finished eating a Comet, and then well... you know the rest, I'm sure. Hahaha. Be easy, Burger Boy! 😁

I'm a heart patient basically the doctor told me lose weight or else. Gave me 6 months to live, I've had a bypass surgery and 17 stents and 2 blocked arteries 100%, morphine pump and cardiac loop recorder installed. Either way I had to lose weight so I went from 300lbs to 230lbs this morning, it's been 4 months. when you are on a diet your body knows it. So it will start to store it's fat and not release it so if you cheat one day it shocks it and it doesn't know what happens so it will release it. Plateau affect. It works for me.
