Loved the comment abt the little dry river beds. I always stop to have a look see too. I've seen a leopard or two like that. Although that was a long long time ago.

Hi Graeme. We are really enjoying your Kruger videos. We hope to be able to travel from the UK and come back to the Kruger next year. Hi Karl - so glad to read that you're enjoying the video diaries - and I hope that you're able to travel again soon. Its such a treat being able to drive through Kruger Park in your own car. As for Mopani Camp - when you book, try and get chalet number 101. That's the one I managed to get (unknown when I booked), but as you see in the video, it has a wonderful view of the Pioneer dam and that young Baobab tree. Whilst I was there, there were endless processions of Elephants who came to drink and play on the shore opposite the chalet. Chalet 100 also had a great view from what I could tell - but I can't vouch for the others, as there was quite a bit of bush between each unit and I'm not certain what kind of views they had.
