Heavenly Father hear my prayers. As a single mother things are overwhelming on me. I’m constantly struggling to support my children. The devil has sent people to attack me. I get harassed and called names for simply asking for prayers, but prayers are all I need. God gives me strength to keep going while I struggle to provide the daily necessities for my sons so I will keep faith thank you Jesus.

You know what? Reading your comment makes me think that maybe you have surrounded yourself with the wrong people. If you're asking God for strength as you struggle...and you are called names and harassed for asking for a prayer by those people?! Thats crazy. No ma'am the people around you clearly don't support you in any way. And honestly if it were me, I wouldn't ask them to pray for me if they're making fun of me for asking them to say a prayer. Ain't no telling what they might pray for or who they might pray to because if they're praying to the same one true God, they wouldn't dare make fun of you for asking for prayer. Also don't just rely on prayers of others you gotta talk to God on your own. Cast all your cares upon him for he cares for you. Also God will absolutely give you the strength you need but he'll never give you strength to struggle. God says For I know the plans I have for you...plans to prosper you not to harm you, plans to give you a future and hope. Jeremiah 29:11 so if you feel like you're struggling maybe ask God to show you what it is that you need to change so that he may prosper you. Usually it's us...we usually need to get rid of something or change something in our lives so that we can do what God needs us to do so we can go where he directs us to go. Ya know. And remember you are not alone. God is always there in the midst with you for he will never leave you nor forsake you. Amen?

I’m a single mom and I learned you and God have to work together and not ask people for anything ….. just tune everyone out and just focus on the tasks God gives you.

This right here…. I’m a single mother of bits as well and you’re right. Stop asking people for prayers and drop down to pray yourself. My oldest son prays for me and that’s great enough. I go to God in prayer, vent as we're best friends and thank him. Times are hard financially and still learning to trust and surrender fully to him. Take it day by day it’ll get better overtime.
