This is not a trek, Its a very steep clime to Rasol, 2,500 meters above Kasol, I takes me just 2 hours to get The Secret Hidden Village within The Himalayas.

Watching these last two vlogs has been an absolute treat. The Scenery is almost secondary compared to the display of your exhilaration of what is around you and your determination to reach your goal under arduous conditions. Your ability to keep us informed whilst you are puffing and panting walking up one of the steepest climbs in the world is amazing. Well done that man for getting it done in less than two hours. One is also surprised that the majority of signs are in English yet most people you speak to appear not to understand the language……or is one missing something? when we were trekking up to Everest base camp from Lukla, we encountered all sorts of "traffic jams" along the narrow, steep, winding, path... herds of animals carrying supplies on the trail. Horses, donkeys, mules, zos, dzomo, yaks, and naks are all huge (furry) beasts.

@@gnee9311 Lukla, Nepal is situated at an elevation of 2,860 meters (9,383 ft) above sea level. Elevation is 5,364 meters (17,598 feet) at Everest Base Camp. Altitude sickness is very real and quite common. Some tips to avoid it include drinking about 2-3 liters of water every day, avoid alcohol and smoking, take preventive medication such as Diamox tablets as a precaution. I had throbbing acute headaches, zero appetite, and my breathing was too fast. I had to take it easy, rest, and relax.
