Great video, I´m glad that I´ve seen it in recommendations. Also good editing for the first video, but there are some little things I want to point out as an editor myself. The mask with the blur(2:42, 3:20, 3:50) would look better if you increase the mask feather a little bit, so it doesn´t look so sharp. Moreover, you could try to use bezier curves on the transitions a little bit more, so the blur gradually appears and disappears. Good luck😉

You can absolutely do it in both those languages! I believe there are even tutorials on how to do this exactly in python. Check out Tech With Tim, I think he did this in python.
