It's not completely choppy - it has fairly long stretches where it's working consistently, and then fairly long stretches where it's not. That indicates there's some sort of regime factor. I'd look at things on the daily chart level during those periods - MAs, volatility, etc. There may be a filter that can just keep it out of the market during those times.

Hi René, could you please make an EA for both Heiken Ashi and Stochastic RSI? In my Manuel trading this is super profitable, 1:3 RR,important for this system is to enter on the stochastic crossover, k Line crosses d from above for sell and from below for long, doesnt matter if on 80/20 level, and for heiken ashi at the rejection/wick, sort of like a pinbar, which often appears when Heiken Ashi still is in opposite color. This is my main challenge when coding. For Trade Mgnt i found a trailing stop for ATR works great together with main heiken ashi bars as long as color remains for trade direction. Thx ✌️

Sell when Stochastic is above 80, Moving Averages are below 15, and the market is heading towards level 50. Exit Conditions: Take-profit at 50 for both Buy and Sell. Stop-loss at 100 for Sell and 0 for Buy. Position Sizing: Lot Size: 0.001 Open 5 trades simultaneously. Risk Management: Win ratio of 1:3 (Take-profit should be three times the size of Stop-loss).

When you use the RSI in conjunction with the BB it turns out more profitable, you also get more trades, so when price breaks the lower band and RSI is below 30 it tends to turn, and when price breaks above BB high band and RSI is above 70. But all of these are just simple strategies that are not effective long term as the market conditions change, and causes the strategy to not work

Great video as always. I read some mql5 article on making an EA with a signal script for the wizard, so the tutorial was mostly about making a signal script (mqh file) to import into the EA wizard. Is this something you worked with before? or do you generally prefer to make the robots directly with the cTrade class?

I usually write the final EA directly. But for bigger programs I also write and include .mqh files. Depends on the program.

I'm using the Heiken Ashi candle and ADX... My plan for my robot is that it's suppose to only enter buy and sell trades when the ADX value is above 25. But mine still opens trades when it's below 25.

actual strategy is we see alert candle for buy and sell buy when the candle high is not touching 5 EMA line it means there is gap between candle high and 5 EMA line and at that time candle wick or whole candle touching or outside the LOWER BOLLINGER BAND and the ADX level is 23 or above 23 this is our buy alert candle when we see our buy alert candle we initiate our buy entry only on next candle when the high is broken with the alert candle low as a stoploss and target 1:1, or 1:2 sell when candle low not touching 5 ema line and at that time candle wick or whole candle touching or outside the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND and the ADX level is 23 or above 23 this is our sell alert candle trade only on next to the sell alert candle low is broken with the sell alert candle high as a stoploss for some days market gets trending on that day stop trading when our back to back 5 stoploss are hit trade on next day and the settings for strategy is only bolliner band standard deviation is 1.5 and for ema and adx is default settings

Rene, maybe add a time filter so you're sure to get the type of volume with its corresponding price action you're looking for. Also add a trailing stop. You'll cut the total trades but increase the win rate tremendously. I think you'll be able to get this strategy very profitable

You have a good idea . But over thinking . Simple. Using BB-STOPS indicator, Omni_Trend indicator, MACD, CCI, MA crossover 21/50 idicators to identify the trend. And stochastic indicator to identify the pullback in the trend . Then applying entry on M5 or M15 timeframe via . Half-trend indicator, QQE indicator and zigzag indicator to get you ìn the trade . Indicators that have similar or closest or better maths than stochastic indicator can also use to identify pullback in a trend.!!

I think , I found a high profitable strategy, You can code it and make a video please, Strategy : 1. FVG 2. RSI 3. MA 200 First we have identify market trend by Moving Average 200 period, Then we need to find out All FVGs, And finally when Market is downtrend and RSI is over 70 region along with FVG Fill up(Body Close or just reach FVGs) we trigger sell entry and When trend is up (price is above ma 200 period line) , we wait for market reach FVG area and RSI reach 30 area then we can trigger buy entry, In 15 Minute timeframe for Scalping mode, 1H, 4H is for high reward ratio. Please make this EA, I think This EA will be record Breaking EA. I am watching this happens everyday in GOLD.

It is always worth a try. But if the trading costs are too high then it will also be unprofitable if you reverse it

You should test this wit "Every tick based on real ticks" to get a better approximation of the result. But anyway this strategy would not make a profit on live account due to slippage issues...
