You defenitely need to scale the battlemap differently. The tokens need to be bigger, so the markers you toggle on them don't cover it entirely.

Was the last sessions combat cut short? Im eatching the llay lost and it abruptly went from not even making the first attack to all the hilichurs being dead and tou arriving at the statue
