It never made sense to me when people talk about being "over odds" because it doesnt become more likely to get the shiny as you do the raid. The 20 sided die just gets rerolled every raid.

Imagine you are rolling a die. You have a 1 in 6 to roll a 5. On average it will 6 rolls before you get a 5. if it takes 7, you are above the average. Or over odds

I can suggest how to solve the two Pokemon overlap issue, when players tap Pokemon overlapped, one of the Pokemon always appears in catching screen. Suggested overcome method Mechanic updated by tapping one overlapped Pokemon and got out from catching screen and tapping again the overlapped Pokemon another Pokemon appears in the catching screen. This mechanic can be applied when a Pokemon overlaps with Pokestop and Gym too. This overlapping issue looks like Niantic doesn't care about it.

Ok firstly yes Madara did in fact use a Susanoo with no sharigan/rinnegan. Also remember he had Hashiramas cells, Way stronger than his prime vs Hasbirama. But because he can do it doesn’t mean any Uchiha can do it. (We don’t know the exact powers he had besides the games which was apparently time manipulation) we have yet to see any other Uchiha use susanoo with no eyes. So we can’t really say that as they all can do it or even sasuke. Thirdly sasuke Amaterasu is in his left eye while flame control is his right. His 6 tomoe rin. Yes he used it against Borushiki(hit a clone) don’t know if it happened in manga. But lastly he is very right about what he is saying due to the fact sasuke pretty much can’t do what he use to. He hasn’t used Amaterasu since maybe was able to get one off before the damage was fully done. The only benefit his right eye is flame control which was a major help to the Amaterasu. Now it pretty much only helps with his fire Justus & reaction time(not as much as before when he had both his eyes) yeah Naruto doesn’t have Kurama. But he still has more chakra reserves than other people even without Kurama. He is a perfected Sage which boost a lot of things for him. He also has Hashira cells in one of his arms which also give benefits obviously. Both are way weaker yeah but sasuke definitely got hit harder. He can’t travel using his eye now, he can’t properly use Amaterasu if he can at all probably. Planetary devastation is gone, On top of having one arm. When Naruto simply has the hands to absolutely beat the piss out of most people in a brawl.

Since i watched Pokedaxi video, if you go to Pokemon Festival in person event just for playing Pokemon Go for few days without pay visit others place. I will suggest other way makes Pokemon Festival more interesting, cancel all in person Pokemon Festival change to all global Pokemon Festival. So we have quadruple global Pokemon Festival features different theme and Pokemon rather than 3 time in person event and 1 global festival event. All features almost same thing. So Niantic no need to rent parks, all parks events will be players nearest park. But this will be not implement by Niantic until Pokemon Go shut down.!
