I finished just about everything for this video (aside from editing) about a month after the game came out...oops. Well I just finished the kaito files dlc and will be making a video on that as well.... hopefully before 2023

10:30 THANK YOU! I thought I was the only one who got presenting evidence wrong on purpose! I really enjoyed how they put a lot of extra lines of dialogue, many of which were completely voiced for the wrong options in the main story cases too. I did all the wrong options when I made a playthrough of Judgement, but my viewbase got really mad I was doing that so during Lost Judgement I had to stop. This was a really great retrospective, great work!

Haha I was trying so hard to get the right answer the first time until I got one wrong and realized it's way more fun to get it wrong and see everyone just getting angry at Yagami

@@chadicusprime Yes. When possible it's funny to exhaust all dialogue. Or rather see Yagami like a dick and then proceeding to the the questline because it can't be ignored rn

I'm having so much fun with this game. It was totally coincidence I even tried it. I was bored and looking at PlayStation Plus games even though I had absolutely no intentions of playing anything. But I saw Lost Judgement and watched the trailer and thought, "oh what the hell" and I gave it a shot and have been playing for weeks now

I honestly think I have no complaints about this game. I love everything about it. I love the sneaking mechanics, combat, chasing, and tailing missions. I love it all. I love the weird, quirky characters and dialogue, I love the brutally EXCESSIVE amount of side quests, missions, and mini games. I'm shocked by how much i'm enjoying this game

I love this game too. But i absolutely hated the sneaking mechanics. They way they did it was lazy, and it looked utterly ridiculous. I hated the fact that you can only take people down if they are standing in a specific spot. Tailing was okay, nothing to write home about. Story and side content was amazing though, and the combat is peak RGG.

Most of the time getting all the trophies for the yakuza games is a pretty grueling grind, but I loved lost judment so much I really enjoyed getting them for this game.

My favourite part of this (and the other Yakuza games) is when something urgent is going on and you've promised to go to a location where people are waiting for you to show up because things are GOING DOWN RIGHT NOW........and you just stroll off to play Mahjong for a couple of hours.

man I don't like retheme mini games I'm disabled so my reaction time is slower hell the Valkyrie queen in GOW 2018 took 3 DAYS to push my skills past my limitations. and the sheep mini game in yakuza 7 was what kept me from plating that game until the thing mentioned above SO JOYFUL.... ok, whining done keep up the good work man!

The Amon fights have basically gotten dumber in every new game. For this one I remember just popping an overpowered extract and tanking through it.

I am not sure about the amon one, of course amon have to be insanely hard for one more last challenge. Other than yakuza 6 and yakuza 4 I don't remember not challenging amon fight in this franchise

Emily at the Girl's Bar (school story) isn't a high-schooler. She learned the information Yagami seeks from a high-schooler who got in using a fake ID. Yagami has had some sus girlfriends, but Emily is not one of them. Also, the blocks on the school stories are clearly told to you in the School Diary.

In boxing you can easily drain opponents stamina by hitting them in the stomach.i found that out way too late BTW ☹

The girls bar is connected to the school by the guy who visits not emily, emily is in college though tbh the girls bar section was pretty inconsequential beside introducing girlfriends.

The boxing club is really easy, I never lost a fight lol but the robotics club can be a little annoying if you don't upgrade your robots a lot to keep up with the difficulty spike midway through the story.

The Juzo Amon fight had a pretty interesting concept (using what Yagami gathered throughout the game -such as the robotics club bots as explosives- to his own liking, like every mainline Amon), but the execution was beyond horrendous. I only beat him cheaply with extracts because I grew tired of losing after the twentieth time while this waste-of-time kept healing after stunlocking me. Shin and Juzo Amon are the worst iterations of Amon (barring Jo Amon from Y5, but I had played it on Hard) I've ever played against. I praise your mettle to beat him without using any item.

@@chadicusprime I trust you on that. I honestly try to beat the Amon without items, but that's just not worth it with how bs they usually get. Judgment games Amon are even worse, so I've got no shame into using all my items to get rid of them (besides that's what they're in your inventory for, especially if you've stocked up enough on them.) Also, I don't know if you've done all the gauntlets, but most aren't even necessary for the platinum trophy (thankfully.)

Amon in the gauntlet would be way easier with boxer style, its practically P2W in my opinion since you can launch juggle combos without style switching and heat charges just by evading attacks

@@chadicusprime I dont know what the reason is but for Lost Judgment there is by far the least info/guides out in the web. A real struggle to get trough like the bs substory keyword/ unlock shit. And the tedious school story chapter after chapter unlocks... Till now the most unenjoyable sidecontent for me cause its so confusing

This was the Yakuza game where I finally got tired of the dissonance between the current gen graphics and PS3 animations and jank together, which seemed to be in even more of the game than the mainline games. I might give it another try now
