It’s amazing how many wives out there know their husbands are child predators, and stand by and do nothing knowing full well what’s going on in their sons/daughters rooms, and then turns everyone against the victim because they spoke up about it. Love truly makes people blind. And I feel a sadness in my heart for all the unfortunate souls who don’t have family anymore because they did the right thing. It’s sad, but if your family turns against you for doing the right thing, they were never family. You don’t need them, and I hope these victims live long and happy lives having adventures around every corner, and making enough money live comfortably.

Kinda not your place to forgive him.) It's all under the guise of being a "good forgiving Christian" but idk. She has young granddaughters ffs!! What kind of sick woman puts her family at risk to marry a known pedophile. I never can understand. I’m a gay male. I’m in the army guard and there was a sergeant who was married to a woman. In the bathroom multiple times he touched me and grabbed me inappropriately. I told him if he did it one more time I would report him and make them start an investigation. He told me if I reported him that he has my nude pics through a mutual hook up and would send my pics around. Still went and reported him anyway. There was a huge investigation. He was moved to a different unit, demoted, and his wife divorced him. I have no regrets. I’m probably not the only person he’s done this to.

@@cvrsed_1360 it could be a lot of things. Could be that this was something that happened to them when they were younger so they think nothing of it. Most of the time it's because believing that someone you love has done something like this would mean challenging your own identity. Something that human beings are loathed to do. Also, the public persona of a sexual predator is of an ugly obvious monster. Most sexual predators live normal unassuming lives. So the picture of a predator and the picture of their family member doesn't match causing a cognitive dissonance. This is in no way excusing their actions. After so many stories of victims of sexual abuse/rape by a family member getting accosted and blamed for their abuser getting prosecuted, stumbling onto the story where the abuser wasn't prosecuted but was effectively excommunicated by the WHOLE FAMILY at once was refreshing. A truly good person will turn their child in to the cops if they find out their child is guilty of sexual abuse, rape, molestation, etc., because a truly good person would hold their child accountable for anything they'd demand accountability for from anyone else's child.

She says she was sixteen-that’s more than old enough to make the decision to at least let someone know or mention it briefly. A family friend or call OP back? She didnt check up on her dad until it was too late and that still doesn't mean its her fault, hell I wouldn't blame the dad for trying to remain positive either! I saw someone having a heart attack in front of me while I was a teen, a little younger than OP and I didn't realize it was happening, the guy looked sleepy and pale but also weird in a way. When you looked at him your first thought wasn't "OH SHIT HE'S HAVING A HEART ATTACK" I thought he was having a stomachache or Gastritis, it wasnt until he asked me and the other people in the room to go out, for someone he called rushing into the room and then an ambulance to suddenly appear that I realize this man was having something worse than a bad case of nausea So not blaming anyone for not considering a heart attack cause honestly what were the odds?? I had my own problems with alcohol. Got the help I needed and sobered up. I've since list 20 pounds, dyed my hair and bought a new car. Ive also been promoted. As for my ex he's still a deadbeat without a job. And I'm not sorry. He can blame me all he wants. Literally don't care if he unalives himself at this point. Or if he's happy. You try to destroy me and you'll face the consequences

How does one be fully financially dependent on their partner yet still cheat? There's no freaking love behind that, only exploitation.

The story @ 26:04 is a toss up for me only because he states that his ex friend slept with his girlfriend at the time by him and his cousin getting her high and raping her. This is where I'm not sure if this really happened or not. In my experience, many women use this excuse because it gives them a chance to be the victim and when they claim rape, then cheating wasn't her fault. Now, this could be true and she really was raped, but if it was, then if I was the OP I would have her go file a police report on both of the guys. But, like I said, I'm not sure if this is really the case.

By the time I was done. His business had failed, his wife had cheated with me, and he lost his supercars (now driving a used Ford focus).

The bartender I wish more were like you. If the bartender called 3 lives would be alive for starters but hundreds if not thousands when she finished school. Also all the lives i would of if the three didn't die and broke me

I can't believe that people would say rape victims should just keep their mouths closed because " the gug is a good guy". " dont ruin his life" what about the victims live that is ruined because of "mr can't keep it in his pants"

I will NEVER understand how people can take their cheating SO back and blame the other woman for it all then get married to them. They are asking for it!

T.W. My best friend and I got into an argument over me doing something toxic.. her sister (I called her sister myself) was introduced to someone through my home. Someone I allowed to live with me, he ended up getting her into hard drugs (she'd recovered from alcohol recently) locked her in his vehicle drugged *I'm sure assaulting her while drugged ..* Which lead to her overdose just a month or two after they met. He was living with his nephew in my home.. hes now in prison for life for other crimes.. but I'd love some kind of revenge.. I'd love for him to feel the way he made her feel. And he distanced her from me during that time (I was also really sick and was battling sepsis and getting my first feeding tube surgically implanted.. and recovering) Then THEN my best friend (her sister, my mind twin) had a baby and a month later their momma died.. I ruined a whole FAMILY.. and it's not technically my fault but fuck I feel the guilt.. every day. They were my family. Her momma, I called momma.. 🥺

If you were sexually abused and testified against your offender but your/their family has complained you ruined their life, repeat after me: "I did not ruin this sex offender's life. He/She/They tried to ruin mine, but got caught dealing with the consequences of his/her/their actions and really ended up ruining his/her/their own life." There, that's more accurate.

24:00 Why more successful? Why would a JV player tearing his MCL and ACL influence their career in any way? He couldn’t even make the high school varsity team. I don’t care if he was only a freshman. The best players are on varsity day 1. So he was going to have a career in something other than football. He wasn’t going to get a a scholarship almost certainly. He broke your tackle then someone else tackled him and hurt him? I’m a thread about ruining someone else’s life... This is about the biggest stretch imaginable...
