Sadly, I think it is happening everywhere because it seems as though most of the churches no longer teach the people about how we can still be gifted with special dreams, visions, healing, miracles and so on. The amazing things that happened in Bible back then can and still do happen these days but now we are taught to not believe in the highly spiritual things such as angels giving instructions such as what happened to Philip being told to go to the man from Ethiopia. And then later, when Philip was done baptizing the Ethiopian man the Holy Spirit took Philip away in an instant to do more work elsewhere. These kinds of things can still happen today but if people try to tell anyone they get called crazy and made fun of because nowadays people put their faith in just science theories only.
