I wanted good conversation while cooking and Mariners starting pitcher Bryan Woo asked for a recipe he could easily cook on his own. We accomplished both during this episode of I Cook, You Measure presented by Safeway.
I think you’ll notice the same thing I did about Bryan’s knife skills - they’re excellent. He definitely made mom proud in the kitchen, although it was a shock to find out a couple previous attempts at cooking resulted in a visit from the fire department.
And you don’t want to miss the Bonus Bites that details the summer Bryan spent playing baseball in Alaska. You can find those here: • Bryan Woo Bonus Bites ...
As for our conversation during the full episode here’s what you’ve got:
3:30 - meal time and snacks growing up
7:30 - Previous fire department encounters while cooking
12:45 - insight’s on the cheese ranking system developed by teammate Bryce Miller (and featured in the previous episode of I Cook, You Measure)
19:15 - Virtual Master Chef

My videos provide a different lens to view sports fandom and business communication. I love combining the two because I’ve seen first hand how sports can bring people together and success (even in sports) always comes down to effective communication.
