The fresh nutmeg is a nice addition. Goes really well with chicken. I like to use Hungarian paprika in my fried chicken. That has to be delicious. Falls right off the bone.

This is not a correct way to mix flour in chicken First you have to flour twice in water, then you have to stir lightly the chicken
