Hi di! I live in Andhra Pradesh and one of the authentic food we have here is "pulihora" which is lemon rice. It's really easy to make. Tadka- jeera, mustard seeds,peanuts,1red chilli,2green chillies, turmeric Boil rice and add this tadka after the rice is boiled Squeeze lemon, add salt, mix it well and enjoyy!! Ps. I'm not sure if I've covered all the ingredients so if anyone knows the recipe and if I forgot any ingredient, please correct me 💕

Being a Bengali girl I can totally relate to the crave which happens when you hear misti doi. But just a thing that don't burn sugar directly on flame just it needed to be done that is add just a little bit of water and then add sugar because burning sugar makes carbon which is not at all good for health.

Loved that you made Bihari Food 😍😍. Also, if you want more flavour in your Chokha, you could insert garlic cloves jn the cuts in between the eggplant and tomato. And potato is also put in it which also tastes amazing. The flavour comes out really good.😋

Hii didi I'm from ASSAM❤️ you never tried anything from Assam so I want you to Please try our type of break-fast •It is known as POITA BHAT and ALOO PITIKA RECIPE- 1/POITA BHAT- you have to soak cooked rice with water at night( make sure all the rice are sinked) ALOO PITIKA- smash boil potatoes with hand. Add chopped onion (fried or raw as you want) add green chillies, dhaniya patta, raw mustard oil, butter and some masala if you want. HOW TO SERVE- take to overnight soaked rice, drain a little water(but not all) and add salt and raw mustard oil to it also add pudina leaves for extra flavour and serve it with the smashed aloo. Also take some pickles (because I love the combination) and please eat it with hands.❤️ 2/DOI- SIRA- take poha and wash it with normal water. Separate them as it sticks with each other and take them out in a bowl. Take some curd and jaggery and mix them and serve. Here Sira is poha and doi is curd. This is very filling and yummy THIS BREAKFAST HELPS TO KEEP YOUR STOMACH FRESH❤️LOVE YOU❤️

Hi I'm kalyani and I'm from Pune , maharashtra. Here's the authentic recipe for puran Poli:- Step1- prepare a dough of aata as you normally prepare it for chappati. Step2- you've to prepare a filling which is called 'puran' as the name suggests in puran Poli dish. So for this pressure cook the channel Dal(yellow) with some gud(jagerry) in it for the sweetness. After the channa Dal is boiled properly you can add as much amount of gud or sugar according to the sweetness you prefer. Step3- strain the boiled channal Dal and remove the excess water from it and make it like a paste consistency. Step4- fill the channa Dal filling into the bowls made of the atta and close it and make a round ball out of it and start rolling it. Step5- cook it like a chappati with ghee on it and enjoy it💁🏻♀️😋 HOPE YOU'LL TRY THIS AND LOVE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS ANYTIME , ANYWHERE 💗

Plez Make 'Quer' of Jammu and Kashmir Ingredients are :- Maida + Salt + carom seeds(azwain) Make a liquidy running batter. Take flat surface pan . You can add ghee or with any refined oil . Heat it properly well. After that you have to only fry it but this has a Lil different techniques is that either you can use your hands or take jalebi making cloth . Put that batter in that cloth and fry it in a circular motion . Don't take any pause while you putting the batter in oil and it makes like a big fired roti but with small spots in it...try it with sugar or curd... Em sure you will love it... It seems difficult to make but is easier to make .... Basically this 'Quier' is of Dogri culture of j and k...
