I have asked same question. I loves everything about his energy. Enthusiasm and cooking skills BUT his chewing and the irritating, nauseating and weird sound he makes with his mouth when he eats is something else. Like a 3 year old who just got his favorite meal. Quang, I have to burst your bubble. It has nothing to do with "Love." When you cook food for yourself, you get accustomed to the scent of the food so when you eat it, it will not taste as good. When someone cooks for you and you are just smelling the meal for the first time, your senses will heighten. Thus, making it seem better. Even though you cook the same "exact" recipe. A lot of people are unaware of this knowledge.

Try to put all seasoning on the sautéed onion. Add the meat. When is done, add the paste and cook the paste down to caramelize a little. Deglaze pan with red wine. Add rest of tomato product. Cook for 1-2 hours.
