When it comes to speaking to your friends, or strangers grammar don’t really matter as long you can understand each other, but when you’re studying in university or working, grammar is very important. My grammar is also bad, but I want to fix it. I think the key to learn grammar is by reading books, articles, newspapers, and other media. Also, I suggest you to install Grammarly app, it’s very helpful.

Most of the people experience the same problem when it comes to speaking English: the anxiety. Whether they are not feel confident enough, or they don't have bunch of vocabularies, or they're afraid that their pronunciation aren't good or fluent. I myself experienced it, but that's the step of learning. For me, learning English, especially productive skills like Speaking and Writing is all about 'JUST DO IT'. You'll speak like a total mess but as long as people get what you mean, it's okay. Thank God for several KZbinrs like you and English with Lucy. I learn many things from your videos. For now my difficulty is all about Writing, since writing needs high accuracy from grammar, to tenses, to the co-location of the words. And for speaking, I can say I'm quite good (Nggak bermaksud sombong ya 😂😉)

Little Daughter BaekYeon's Little Daughter BaekYeon's you can say, "when it comes to speak english. Bcz "to" is followed by verb based or verb 0 (no "ing" "es/s" and "ed"). I see your courage in speaking English, but you also have many words to correct, for instance like the sentence: "they're not feel confident enough" it should be "they don't feel confident enough" bcz "feel" is verb, and the auxiliary should be "do" (since the pronoun is "they"). So, hopefully you don't need to think people are stupid when they do a lot of mistakes, they're trying to learn just like you.

Wow your pronunciation is very good. I learned english by my experiences, meaning, i never took any classes. Theoretically, i don't know any grammar. So that is why i still make several mistakes here. I have two ways in improving my english, those are: songwriting and reading. the title should be "Grammar Natzi section #1" hahahaha well, your statement about the problem that we usually encounter are absolutely right. just like right now, i found it difficult to write without think about "is my grammar right or false?" or "what word should i use now?" then it makes my writing time so long(and sometimes there's still some mistake on it lol), and another problem that i most encountered is when i try to speak in english my vocabulary won't come out even though my vocab list..... maybe i can say that i am good enough to understand people speak in english without opening google translate or dictionary even though there are some word that litteraly i dont understand but i know what they meant though. so it kind like i always repeat the same word that i acknowledge *LOL and i figured it out recently when i record my presentation in english and that's quite hard to get rid of that habit. have you experienced it when you learn english ? if you have experienced it , how to get rid of that habit ?. *i post this comment to train my writing skill and ask for your help, to kill two bird with one stone right ?hehehe

Hi! nice to meet you. I'm 18 yeas old and I really want to speak English like you. But I think my vocabulary still yet enough. I still find some words which I don't know what that mean, and sometimes I try to make some words in English but still use a simple word. I felt in my brain just had some words which I was learn in Elementary School until Senior High School. Even I think why Indonesian people too difficult to learn English but foreigners can learn Bahasa just for a year. If Bahasa can be an International Language, I don't need to struggle while learn English. Fortunately I like to learn foreign language. Sorry if so many words which incorrect :D

I am ani and am an Indonesian student in the Netherlands. it is great to witness that recently more and more Indonesian youtubers are confidently speaking English, and are making content for other Indonesians for learning English. Just my two cent, I knew that you wanted to help people mastering English yet you must be careful to what you are trying to teach them. I know that I am not as brave as you to be a publicly speaking in English however I am just hoping that you will be more careful and responsible to all contents that you have made and are trying to make. Overal, your English both passive and active skills are pretty good but I have spotted a few uncommon things that normally English natives don't use in speaking. Here they are : 1. You: "If you guys subscribed .... so then you can get notify whenever I posted a new video so you will miss out. Me: it is not 'notify' but get a notification. Also, it is not 'you will miss out' but you won't missed that out. 2. You: "So in this video I am gonna try to do something .... Me: to do something like what ??. if you wanna say you'll do something, it refers to the activities that you wanted to show on your video. You may say 'I will tell or I will talk about ...' (what is today's theme). 3. You: "I have limited time..." Me: I'd say it definitely sounds bizarre. It is better if you said 'I have no time or I am busy or I have lots of activities or I have a bsy schedule, etc.'. in fact, when you talk about limited time it always refers to something which has a limited time i.e. product warranty. Another case is a student asks for a permission to the teacher (but at the moment the class almost starts) thus the teacher could say "that is possible but you have only limited time". Hence, I'd say the chosen words, limited time, doesn't sound harmony. 4. You: "So i thought why not make this video" Me : hmm.. you could say "So i thought why not making a video about it". 5. You: "So in this video I am just gonna be reading all comments that arranging to me in English and try to correct it as I could" Me : So I will read all comments from my previous videos. Also, I will try to examine those comments as many as I could based on my English proficiency. 6. You: "Most of the comments that arrange to me they were mostly in Indonesian..." Me : God almighty!. This must be using a present tense because you are talking about the actual thing a.k.a fact. Also, I'm not sure what you're trying to say but you could say "mostly written comments from the(my) viewers are in Bahasa". Not Indonesian, Why??. because Indonesian is a nationality. For used languange in Indonesia that is BAHASA. 7. You: "So I kinda have to go through so many of my videos to really try to pick up the once that are in English. Me : This must be past tense because you did that before you're making this video. Hence, you could say "I had to look into all comments from my videos to pick the comments in English". 8. You: "When you learn English or any language for that matter there are four important skills...." Me : When you are learning English or other languages.....". 9. You: "because creating content.... and time investment into it. Me : HHmm.. I don't really understand what is the time investment in this context but If I were you, I'd say time-consuming. That would be best. 10. You: "... it is just kind short of happens. Me : This is just happened. Short and clear. 11. You: "I don't always post videos on a regular basis Me : I seldom(rarely) post a new video or I don't post a new video regularly(weekly, daily, monthly). 12. Also, I cannot hear some words clearly that you had told . That was in the part when you are trying to say that ypu want to correct the viewer comments. Another part is when you're talking about your schedule may be you said "... that is why my schedule is messed". 13. At the end of your video once again you're saying "to get notify and wherever I post a new video". I think it will sound wonderful if you say "a notification" and use 'every time' instead of wherever. Also, you could say "every time I am posting a new video". It has to be written as a past perfect tense. 14. Too many saying "so". It will be so helpful for us to improve our skills if we could know the synonyms of all English words that we confidently speak, write and use, i.e. a word "so". It has a lot of synonyms s.a. therefore, hence, thus, etc.. I hope things that I listed above will help you as well as your viewers to improve your English. Learning by doing and keep practicing because it does make your English perfect. Do not be afraid to make lot of mistakes and do not be ashamed by your own mistakes because it will teach you some things. Ciao. Groetjes uit Nederlands.

Hi. I newly watched ur video just now bcs it was pop out in my suggestion box. Your english is very good. You pronounce it well and speak it out without any fears. I can speak english with american accent but my brain has to translating it first. Just like, i can't speak continuously in a time. I have to regenerate it first in my brain. What do i have to do?

I taught myself how to speak english off of watching yt videos....in my opinion its better to learn yourself its hard at the start but once you get kinda used to it basic english grammar is not that hard keep learning guys! Much love ❤
