Preparation and ingredients:
1 kg of pork (I have pork neck).
Make a few cuts in the pork, not all the way through.

Set the meat aside and prepare a marinade:
2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil.
2-3 tablespoons French mustard.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon garlic seasoning (I use aromatic herbs with onions and garlic).
Mix well.
Place the meat in a separate bowl.
Drizzle pork with prepared marinade.
Rub the meat well with the marinade.
Cover with cling film.
Cover with cling film and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

300 g canned corn.
300g beans.
1 onion head.
5 cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle dressing over the salad.
Mix well.
Our salad is ready to serve.
Remove the meat from the oven.
Cut the meat and arrange on a plate.
Add the cooked mushrooms to the plate.
