I'm sure you already know this when detecting, but one of the things I used to do when I got a big signal is lift the detector up about six or more inches. If it's still went off, I knew that whatever I was detecting was probably a can, or something bigger

1:13 more likely European hornets. They look very similar but are a lot less aggressive and territorial. Asian hornets are mostly west U.S and European hornets east U.S.

A cut 8 reales is also known as 'pieces of eight'. Back in the day they would occasionally divide the big 8 real coins into 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8 pieces. Each 1/8th was known as a 'bit', so therefore 1/4 of the coin was 'two bits' - which is why you sometimes hear old timers refer to a quarter as 'two bits'! Coins are such cool pieces of history.
