I’m back in Taiwan for work and I only bring a few fragrances with me when I travel. Been a mix this week and last week: Seraphim Blue, Sauvage EDP, Platinum Egoiste, and YSL Tuxedo.

Perfectly said regarding Hawas Black. I said in my video its like 70% Hacivat and 30% Aventus. Redundant for sure but not quite exactly like the other clones and twists out there. Nice rotation this week.

Rasasi Hawas Black is fruity-citrusy for 45 minutes and then all pachouli/oakmoss/ woods. I can smell a little 🤏 Aventus DNA but it smells 90% like Hacivat. Definitely a strong fragrance. I had to layer it with Qaed Al Fursan or Rave Now to weaken that strong "mossy" smell.

@@jaybowie6529 interesting! Yeah I know that oak moss can be hit or miss. I like it but have to be in a mood for it. I’m hoping once this sits for a bit it gets better. Not bad for the price point too

@@StoneCologne316 I agree with you completely. You definitely have to be in the mode for this fragrance. It's not a bad fragrance.. its just not my favorite scent at this time. I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully it mellows out and improves after a few months of maceration.👍

I totally agree with you bro toward the Rasasi Hawas Black fragrance. The fruity-citrusy opening is the star of the show imo. Not a real fan of the mid and drydown of this fragrance. Pachouli/oakmoss/ woods. Very mossy. This fragrance smells like AFNAN London Royal imperial. If you know you know.👍 Layer Rasasi Hawas Black with Qaed Al Fursan or Rave Now. Smells so much better.👌

Wore CDNIM on Saturday and the wife said I smelled like a pine tree….. Love this fragrance but don’t get why she doesn’t get the rest of the notes. Sometimes she’s positive sometimes she’s negative. Is what it is I guess.
