Thanks for sharing. It's impressive how accessible and easy-to-use Fusion has made the workflows you showed.

Good video, fellas. If I was starting a shop I’d start with Fusion.

Pretty cool times we live in for those of us who like manufacturing . Good affordable CAD/CAM software and CNC machines in our shops / garage 🤯

Mandatory cloud storage was a dealbreaker for me with any Autodesk product.

You can work with the files locally in most instances. For a good portion on my work, I work offline with the files.

Which version? Manufacturing?

I have crap rural internet and I find cloud based horrifically annoying. It hangs up all the time processing simple things (like exiting a sketch). The file manager is also quite clunky.

Get some surfcam. It's cheap, and easy to understand, and yours forever. No monthly payments. Software is the key to truly unlock your cnc's potential. When utilized properly a conversational machine can't compete, because your programming off the drawing instead transferring numbers from the print to machine. Plus the graphics are way better, and make single blocking stress free.

Your internet speed won't affect things like opening a sketch, just fyi.

Tell me you’ve never used a different cam software, without telling me . . . . .
