Mikey and Draken believed Hina's story about Takemitchi because, if you remember from the past seasons, Mikey is intrigued by Takemitchi because it feels like he's different from the other people. He said that it feels like Takemitchi knows everything after the Draken incident. Additionally, when Mikey first met Takemitchi, he asked him if he's really a kid because he acts differently from the others. So, basically, it all started from the beginning, and that's why Mikey and Draken believed Hina about Takemitchi.

this reaction was hilarious LMAOOO, it would’ve been better if lee had the kisaki glasses on and had to take them off out of shame 😂 just like what adorkable said, the reason kisaki couldn’t shoot takemichi was that he fully expected takemichi to fear him, so when takemichi told him to shoot him that shocked kisaki, how could this man not be scared even when im holding a gun to his head? keep in mind that kisaki has always been the less courageous one between them since childhood, so he can’t even fathom the conviction that takemichi has. the gun was mostly an intimidation tactic, he wanted to see takemichi grovel, so he shot him in the foot and that still did nothing. kisaki has no reason to keep takemichi alive, he said a couple episodes ago everyone who’s in his way has to die, it just comes down to the fact that kisaki couldn’t stand on business but takemichi can 😭

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think even in the future Kisaki never kills him. The first time he started crying and called him hero as if something was holding him back and the next time Kaku was the one who shot him. I think deep down Kisaki doesn’t want him dead at all for some reason

Takemichi has that billboard sprite blood. It looks opaque for the camera, but he never loses any volume. :) I'm guessing Kisaki had an easier time killing Emma because it was part of a plan. He was able to mentally prepare knowing it served his purpose. He hasn't had time to build up the same resolve to kill Takemichi.

I think I get why it’s harder for kisaki to kill takemichi than emma. We saw it in the future too. Kisaki is obsessed with takemichi because of hina. In fact you could honestly point to kisakis whole purpose as being takemichi. Emma was a pawn on a board to him. She didn’t even register as a person, just Mikey’s emotional support. With Takemitchy it’s like joker shooting Batman. In the future he cried too because he’s spent so long planning to hurt takemichi, he probably feels like he doesn’t know what comes next.

23:19 Emma did survive the initial attack and died gradually. A shot to the death would’ve been an instant death with a blood splatter all over him. For Emma he knew he wouldn’t have to witness her dying he just needed a fatal wound. Accidentally crippling her or leaving her in life support situation could’ve been a good enough alternative for him. He just needed Mikey to be too preoccupied with the shock to fight.

Also there’s the fact that literally everyone there would’ve been a witness unlike with Emma. There’s no way someone from Toman wouldn’t go to the cops. Either Chifuyu or one of Takemitchi’s friends. So if he’d either have to pull the trigger and risk incarceration. Or kill the other Toman members, which is unlikely because not only does he not have enough bullets but they’d definitely have enough adrenaline to run.
