Never move by a state or national park, or by deep woods, grave yards, hospitals or old folks' homes, ley lines or big bodies of water. The older the house, the higher the likelihood of activity. Stay away from skinwalker territory. Never touch a ouija board. Never move into a house with a basement, attic, or many small spaces/closets or pantries. Never, ever ghost hunt, try to communicate with, provoke or track these things. That is like inviting them to stay and feed on your attention and energy. I work with nature spirits and guardians, but never beings like on this video. When I was younger they were attracted to me and I struggled with it because I was terrified, which made it worse. Now I keep my shields up and they don't ever bother me, but man I wish I knew then what I know now. I hope this helps someone.
