Tbh hoplite got real stale real fast, the legendaries are too hard to get imo, in hypixel uhc at least u can make anduril every game u need diamonds for everything in this

14:10 it was possible to mine the sculk from the sonic crossbow for levels to combine the chestplate. Well, not that it mattered in the end due to the netherite chestplate

tip for next time you find an ancient city, try grab a hoe from the chests (preferably diamond with eff 2+) and mine all the skulk on the floor, as it helps you get a lot of xp and you can get a lot of diamonds if you are lucky, as diamonds appear more when not exposed to air (surrounded all by blocks), however i believe the hoplite team slightly tweaked ore distribution

​@mittens4385 sonic just does so much dmg even with a God apple on sure drag is good with maxed stuff but a maxed crossbow in civ is true threat. The sword would maybe hold in a 7v1 but the cross could for sure

The crossbow is better for surviving when outnumbered, but with the maxed katana one’s ability to quick drop opponents would be absolutely insane. Without prop 2+ diamonds, you’d need to be eating G-heads within seconds of the fight starting if an opponent had that.

If you don’t mind not only kinda technically cheating a little bit, and play in a mod loader, there is a client side mod that removes the darkness effect. It is, as I said technically cheating, but it is incredibly useful
