Just a side note about the infinite mana build, you can also add penetration to get more mana, by divising mana drain, making it penetrate 1 more enemy and homing, you get 24 mana per shot, you can then add something else to increase the damage output easily

As an individual who is chronically called an overthinker and overfeeler, I wanted to provide my insight. I genuinely think that it can lead to issues in both aspects when your mind uses these functions to interupt your normal modes of operation. But genuinely I think it's a category error. Overthinking and overfeeling are only so starkly an issue when it's causing strife. But thinking deeply and feeling deeply is needed to find truth in the human experience. Overthinking and overfeeling both happen when our brains fall into self-constructed patterns that we get locked in. I'm not an overthinker/feeler, my brain overthinks/feels in the in-"correct" situations. So I don't think the idea is to ever "stop" doing one of these things. There's definitely helpful tools to break the loops and find more productive cycles. But more things operate as waves than people realize. You shouldn' fight to stop the waves, just find the right way to guide them. Abstraction into a pure statement, don't concern yourself with the very fact there is an excess of something in your life, be it thoughs, feelings, or even something else. Instead, find ways to direct your energy into productive channels. Productive in this context meaning an attempt at harmony, rather than "success" in this context. Hope this helps somehow.

The term "Over-thinking" is used for any situation where some mental process is preventing action. To the common speech patterns, that covers "Over-feeling" as well, as "feeling" is a form of "thought". The difference, if you separate them, is that over-thinking prevents you from progressing due to trying to do more. Over-feeling, meanwhile, prevents you from progressing due to some emotional state not being reached. An example can be made with this game, Magicraft. Over-thinking in Magicraft is taking 5 hours to optimize a wand's spell after a Spell Room. Over-feeling in Magicraft can come in two fashions, the first is something that produced Over-thinking, and getting worried that you'll lose the run if you don't have the best build you could have at any time. The second is spending twenty minutes trying to make your spells could look cooler, another twenty minutes trying to get your new-cool spell more powerful while still being cool, another twenty minutes deciding which of the two room choices you actually prefer, and then spending a half-hour after all that sitting enraged in the next room because you received a hit. The reason why we speak about the negative aspects of "Over-thinking", including "Over-feeling", is due to the term being related to over-doing something. If your over-action isn't causing some detriment, then you're not over-doing anything. It doesn't matter if you're over-thinking, over-feeling, over-exerting-yourself, or even over-reacting. The only possible exception is something being over-the-top, and even that is regularly seen as something detrimental. And if it isn't over-the-top, then it isn't over-anything. A person who is frustrated at something entering their room and screaming their frustrations into their pillow before beating it like a punching bag is not an over-reaction, it's an emotional release. Even if the thing they're frustrated about is something incredibly minor, it could only suggest that the person could be emotionally sensitive, which can feed into over-feeling but isn't over-feeling in and of itself.

In short, yes you are exactly correct over feeling as you call it, also know. As emotional paralysis has very similar effects to overthinking. If fact from a psychology perspective you will find that a large percentage of special forces soldiers are what is referred to as ‘sub clinical psycopithy’ meaning, they don’t get the usual emotional response that others do in high stress situations and as a result they are able to continue operating when others can not. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy is commonly used to counter emotional paralysis

*FACEPALM* The relic you passed up is a ~160% damage up when used in an appropriate build, or around 115%+ damage up if you dont have a standing still build, because you will be still sometimes. It stacks with all other cooldowns, and the lower your cooldown, the more valuable a cooldown reduction is! It is much easier to get your cooldown to 0 so your DPS would be limited by your MP regen, but you could clear out rooms extremely effectively. Just replace the cooldown / overload scatter with something else for the boss fight to have more sustained DPS.

As to the specifics of your questions: the reason why more people don't acknowledge the problems with over _feeling_ is because most people have a low emotional intelligence because of the way our modern society is set up. Many people, especially men, often are taught to repress their emotions and not display them. To be stoic. Obviously there are problems with that, but I do believe it isn't as common of a concern because many many people _need_ to feel more and rarely have to worry about feeling too much. Obviously it happens in some cases, specially with things like anger, jealousy and things along those lines, but I believe there are far more positive emotions that are too low as opposed to negatives that are too high. I'm only speaking in generalizations of course. But it can also be said that over-feeling can present just as many issues as over thinking. I think there's actually a lot more overlap between the two than one might think of immediately. Our thoughts drive our emotions and our emotions drive our thoughts so for many people and in many cases overthinking == overfeeling so much of the literature and understanding for overthinking can be directly applied to overfeeling 😊 1:00:08 SifdBlind

The thing is that...we aren't behind on "overfeeling". Psychology literally is studying overfeeling, disordered feeling like anxiety and depression. The thing with overfeeling and overthinking however is that overthinking won't lead to anything if you stop doing it. If you stop "overfeeling" you're bottling up emotions, which will only lead to worse things later on. The best way to combat overfeeling is to feel it out or take medication and therapy...unfortunately medication and therapt is expensive. It has been shown in clinical studies that feeling and adressing your feelings will reduce "overfeeling" in the future. That is why one of the things you learn in anger management is to feel your anger, talk it out, feel your feelings, otherwise you just bottle them up and you end up putting so much pressure on your emotional bottle that it ends up exploding and you end up doing very harmful to those around you. You learn the same thing about depression and sadness in therapy. People who never allow themself to feel depress and talk about their depression to someone are significantly more likely to practice self-h*rm and commit suic*de. They try to combat their "overfeeling" by saying "It could be worse", "I have no reason to feel this way"...they don't feel their feelings as they should, and that makes the overfeeling worse. And the difference between overfeeling and overthinking isn't that both are indecision, overthinking causes indecision, overfeeling leads to inaction...choosing NOT to do anything, instead of not choosing. Tl;dr: The solution to overfeeling is to allow yourself to feel your emotions and talk to people about it, the solution to overthinking is to slow down and live in the moment instead of allowing yourself to keep overthinking.

I think this question plays directly into 'ignorance is bliss'. If you don't know, you can't overthink, which leads to action. The less ignorant you become, the more you know. The more you know, the more scenarios you can run through in your head, leading to overthinking. Over-feeling is a whole other monster. There are certain mental illnesses that produce this on a level most cannot even fathom. These people live their entire lives in an irrational state, succumbing to their emotions and letting emotion rather than logic or reason control their every thought.

If you want both "infinite" mana and dmg, do snakes that release mana drain on flight (using serial enhancement). I got incredibly lucky run on normal where I got both mana drain and pyro core epics, so I chained snakes with mana drain as described, with multi-shot, tracking, spell duration and thunder core and in another wand I had books shooting bullet+ for 50% increased dmg on hit. Ended up doing 22k dps on dummys. And my main wand was broom since I didn't go to shops.

QOTD: I feel like over feeling is more difficult to understand because overthinking is a situation where we can consciously work on it and advert it like you said but over feeling is largely an unconscious reaction to events which takes the conscious logical part of the brain out of control and leads to emotional behavior. And emotional behaviors are best fueled by more emotion making it extremely difficult to simply just stop over feeling.

Personally, overfeeling causes me to do too much. I tend to feel like I'm not doing enough, and instead of becoming indecisive I just try to do all the things at the expense of my own mental and physical health. Listening to Sifd has become a pretty big part of my daily routine, making sure I take time to unwind and slow down for a while. However, I also understand getting overwhelmed and just shutting down. If I don't keep my expectation of my productivity reasonable, I end up crashing and not wanting to do anything for days. Therefore, I think the solution to over-feeling is specifically avoiding extremes until your headspace settles down.

A chronic maladaptive emotional response is a personality disorder. If someone frequently does nothing in a situation where they want to do something but can't because they can't manage their emotional responses that is evidence of a personality disorder. Personality disorders can have all kinds of forms and not all are obvious. It's just as much a personality disorder if someone is too overwhelmed with feelings of anxiety to pursue their desires as it would be if they were depressed and struggled with constant feelings of apathy, avolition, and anhedonia. Telling someone they're "overfeeling" and to just do something that they find emotionally paralyzing is analogous to telling someone depressed to just be happy. It does nothing but understate and ignore the feelings that are so overwhelming for whoever you're talking to that they're effecting that person's ability to live a fulfilling life. If your goal is to be a supportive and trusting friend to someone it's basically something you should never say. Telling someone they're overthinking on the other hand is usually pretty banal. It generally just means someone isn't simplifying a problem in some seemingly obvious way or is trying to find a slightly better solution to a problem rather than enacting the perfectly workable solution they already have.

People have positive or negative feelings based on how our minds perceive a contact. Contact here means the our sense doors (touch, see, hear etc). The contact itself is neutral. We hear something (maybe someone said something bad about you), that sound that we receive is neutral. However, because of our mind, we perceive it as good or bad. The level of negative or positive feelings depends on how we perceive it. Example, someone said something bad about us. If we give 0 F***s then the negative feelings become less. Whereas if we keep holding on to the thought, then the negative feelings get stronger and stronger. In the end, it is how well we have trained our mind to be calm and collected that determines if we overfeel or not. E.g. A newbie would feel overwhelmed playing this game compared to someone who has played it 100 times

Christianity has helped me out in my own life with overthinking, because just as the prophets, if I am doing as God commands, and in the manner in which he commands it, then He protects me as I go through life. Essentially, do things by knowing and not by trying to predict every outcome.

The main issue behind over thinking is the goal. Some people are afraid to make decisions because they are afraid to make mistakes. To them overthinking is just the expression of their fear and anxiety. If your thinking is more in line with problem solving and you are ok with being wrong then it’s not overthinking but rather deliberate thought. I don’t make a distinction between over thinking or over feeling. They both manifest the same way. Feelings of anxiety combined with an inability to move forward. Final comment: I happen to love your questions however keep in mind that your audience is likely young males 16 - 26 and they don’t watch channels like these for deep thinking. I have been caught in an over feeling downwards spiral before. At the time i had frequent panic attacks wich let me not feeling like doing anything. And due to that i felt even worse. It was was the worst feeling just sitting there staring cause you dont feel like doing anythings for days at a time. Luckily going to therapy supported me and got me back on my feet.

Overthinking is a problem that happens when you don't want surprises and when you're not good with fast decisions because some people are just slow or smart enough to know having time to think about something is better but the major problem is them not doing anything because they are in a loop hole of thinking about something and just be effectively stuck . Overfeeling is not something I really know about (just my opinion if someone disagrees feel free to correct me :) )

You can't really Over feel you can just over think. you can be Overwhelmed but that's either done by over exertion or being stressed to beyond or to the limits. Emotional Exhaustion is usually 100% brought on by external stimuli, so you can't over feel. Even if what you refer to "over feel" as excessive touchy feeling, that's usually brought on from Lack of human contact over an extended period of time. Over thinking is a process, Emotions and feelings are reactionaries so if you see someone break down like a baby or a toddler it usually means other things aren't right in the picture. Apathy on the other hand is a different story, Apathy can lead to other issues like depression, narcissism, sociopathy, psychopathy, and just not being attentive enough to the things around you.

i didn't really understand today's question, "overfeeling" as you said it seems like a mix of other thingsthat you united in a single word. from what i understood overfeeling seems like a mix of anxiety, depression, burnout with a very big amount of overthought put into it; so yeah i guess just do it whatever it is that you wanna do jump at the first opportunity you get to do the thing, nothing's gonna go wrong and even if it does at least you tried so next time you know what to do better (I swear i should listen to my own advice sometimes)

Me personally I took HRT for a month then had to stop and might resume later, but one of the benefits was more emotions, and I got closer to crying, which I wanted. I hate that its so hard for me to feel emotions, so if I could push a button to unlock my emotions but there was a side effect, i would be looking for a side effect I’m willing to deal with. I heavily suspect my natural testosterone is blocking my emotions. I just crave emotions. And I would rather present female. I have never felt I was overfeeling, and when I overthink I process it and generally am fine, but I also know how to work off impulses. Unfortunately, my emotions are usually anger, negative slightly, or positive slightly. I just want to feel more.

I don't think this isn't an issue that nobody thinks about or acknowledges. A lot of mental disorders have to do with overfeeling, even the "positive" emotions. Both Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder are very common examples for such cases and are far more widespread than people think. I think the observation you are talking about is more about the highly romanticized notion of emotions and emotional expression that can be present in a lot of media/fiction. And that is in part down to just being very easy to write about and create tension/drama with. An emotional character is a lot easier to portray than a very quiet and thoughtful one because they are inherently more expressive. Just think about series like The Good Doctor or Dr. House or the Benedict Cumberbatch Sherlock Holmes, three series about supposed geniuses who are very cognitive in their approach to their daily life but what they are defined as as characters is their highly eccentric and emotional behaviour. That's because looking at someone sitting there and thinking usually just isn't very interesting. Another factor is a lot of self help advice from so called Gurus who just spout a lot of shit to make money being focused around some very obvious things like "going outside and doing sports" or "meeting people and making friends" or "listening to your emotions" being things that tend to be part of a healthy lifestyle, usually mixed with a lot of esoteric pseudo buddhism or other nonsense.

I am too far removed from todays question to give any real insight😂 But i guess unless the person who overfeels has a genuine mental disorder and thus cant help it, my answer is: get your act together. We all face plenty of issues and insecurities. The only real help is growing out of it. If you are against something or are scared of something and you can and want to change it then change it. If you cant change it then either remove yourself from it or accept it and move on. Another than that in a case where your moral compass or your kind nature doesnt allow you to do certain things you allways have to balance your decisions. Is your own feeling about your actions more important than the actions themselves? If yes then allthough it is limitting, your choice is still valid. Dont feel bad about your decision.
