one way or another, the best team creation engine is still the Creation Centre from FIFA 12 through 15. you could make pretty much every team on those. i used to have a lot of fun with it, too bad Ignite ruined everything. for an in-game creator, though, this is still serviceable, despite lacking the features from PES, such as putting the badges and sponsor brands on it. i mean, they could integrate that in Manager Mode, if you use your created club, the sponsor you choose at the start of the season would show up on your team's shirts.

Career mode is good on 23 but it still needs those old kit sponsorships for income, stadium capacity increase options and perks in player contracts like the old versions had

And it still needs: - simpler menus, - a normal link between your squad hub, transfer hub and your list of scouted players, - a NORMAL overview of the amount of talent a player has (so DON'T block the 'potential to be special' from view simply because a player is loaned, unhappy, talked about et cetera and DO give us back those predicted growth charts from the ancient FIFAs). All in all it is an improvement versus previous Fifas, but still needs a tester with common sense to actually play it and be taken seriously by the devs.
